Lilian del Castillo Laborde

Lilian del Castillo Laborde is an IWRA Fellow Member and a Doctor of Law and Full Professor of Public International Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), where it also integrates the Doctorate Commission. Between 1984 and 2010 she worked for the Ministry of Foreign Relations of Argentina, as Head of the Directorate of the Treaty of the Cuenca del Plata (1984 -1999) and as Coordinator of the Directorate of the Commissions of the Cuenca del Plata (2000 – 2010).
