Richard Taylor

Richard Taylor is a Professor of Hydrogeology at University College London (UCL). From 2011 to 2018, he led the IAH Commission on Groundwater and Climate Change and is currently a contributing author to the IPCC’s 6th Assessment Report: Working Group I (Chapter 8, Water Cycle Changes) and II (Chapter 9, Africa).
