Dr. Osti has been working at Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) East Asia Regional Department. Prior to his current role, he was affiliated with ADB and World Bank in South Asia, and South-East Asia regions. He also served in various capacities for the United Nations and affiliated agencies. He has over 20 years of working experience in the field of water resources management in Asia and Pacific region.
