Dr. Jacques Ganoulis is an Emeritus Professor, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki and Ex State Secretary for Water in Greece. He is currently a Director of the UNESCO – INWEB, leading research on Transboundary Water Resources Management and the Water-Energy-Food Nexus under Climate Change.
