After having worked during around 12 years in West Africa, mainly on water resources management, I spent 7 years in French Guiana as deputy director and finally director of agriculture and forestry. Then I worked for IFAD during 4 years on land tenure issues and I joined the FAO land tenure team in 2014 to develop and implement land governance improvement programmes.
