Renée Martin-Nagle

Dr. Renée Martin-Nagle holds a Ph.D. in Law from the University of Strathclyde and is the author of “Governance of Offshore Freshwater Resources”, which was published by Brill Nijhoff in 2020. She serves as Treasurer of IWRA and as a Visiting Scholar at Environmental Law Institute. Dr. Martin-Nagle does consulting work through A Ripple Effect LLC and is a Special Counsel at Eckert Seamans.
